The Raymond Huet Bordeaux has a crimson red appearance. It has a very rich and pure nose of blackcurrant, strawberry, cinnamon and roasted coffee. Very dry character with mellow spices of vanilla, cinnamon, gingerbread and roasted coffee. It is full-bodied with heavy tannins and on the palate is you will notice slight notes of black currant and licorice, blackberry, plum and vanilla. As soon as you open up the bottle, you should allow the wine to breathe for a while.
